  1. Don't take anything for granted.
  2. Don't get comfortable.
  3. Don't blindly believe people like managers, HRs and senior colleagues or just anyone.
  4. Keep yourself prioritised as if you are a very critical resource in the company, keep your value high, make people run behind you, don't chase people, do it with your smartness, professionalism, hard work and smooth delivery.
  5. Pretend to know things better than the person next to you, don't get over confident just pretend, it helps in boosting morals.
  6. Be your own boss, work independently.
  7. Take advantage of all the company provided resources.
  8. Don't have an office crush, have an affair directly if you are looking for something wild.
  9. Guide others, think wide, do wide, but don't share wide, share only what is required.
  10. Don't let others use you.
  11. Dance in the office washroom like no one is watching.
  12. Be respectful to everyone and smartly avoid any type of conflicts, keep your cool all the time.
  13. Win over your clients with your hard work and personality, it will make your management bow down to you if you have clients in your hands.
  14. Read point no 3 again.

+1 .Yes ,don't expect hike from Infy or any witch companies at any point of time. Keep upskilling and switch when you feel you are being underpaid as per market.
