I've recently joined a company and entered into corporate world. As an experienced person, what advice would you give to your juniors?
As a fresher entering corporate life, what advices would you like to give
Don't work outside office hours Always learn to say NO Be casual with Managers all the time. (Don't put bucket to them during appraisal) Company is not your family. Don't get too attached or emotional towards it Don't call anyone Sir/Madam. Always call them by their First name Start building network with your team lead, managers, HR and even recruiters. Always comes in handy when switching or searching job If you are working hard just do it instead of showcasing it to others.

In current market conditions, keep your demands limited to free coffee and Maggi. Nothing more than that.

Remember that your time is limited. Everyone has only 24 hours in a day. Don’t spend 50% or more of that at work.
