I joined Accenture 6 months back as a fresher and completed my training 4 months ago , still in entry level pool and with 0 project calls do this kind of situation have any effect on the job and when does the project allocation happens

Allotment of a project can take time. Even freshers who have joined from NITs/IITs at Analyst level have to wait for 6-7 months before getting a project. I would suggest you keep on upskilling yourself in whatever domain of tech you are trained. This would help you clear the project interview whenever you get the call.
