As a fresher newer join in low CTC in MNC in IT field, if you are electrical, machanical or civil then only you can join

I too had the same issue and I still but a good functional knowledge of the English language will help you.
Ways to learn try chat gpt read what it writes, write what ever you can and ask gpt to correct and learn from the mistake.
If you are good at the technical stuffs, then keep working on it.
Switch every 2 years, till you get a group where you think there is work life harmony.
Wipro? A year wasted. Either upgrade your skills or switch jobs. Don't expect miracles from annual appraisals. Higher education? Only for non-IT folks.
