I am currently serving notice period i got a offer for 60% more and now i am asking other organisations for 100% hike they have no issues as such if i am fit for role. I would suggest start giving interviews and get one good offer doesn’t matter if it is less than 100% as 90 says notice period is also an issue, once you serve 60 days the next 30 days you will get more calls and more opportunities. I have 2.9 yoe, cleared digital, got an offer from big 4 now interviewing for other service based and product based organisations.

Ask bro atleast, if you don’t ask they think you are he happiest employee. Start asking even before you become eligible. So that they give hikes on time

I appreciate your upskilling. On an average you can get 60-70% hike depending on the future employer’s pay structure. Try captive centers .

Yes ask.. because I have skills .. no need to worry if you have skills.. you can even survive with skills if you are laid off from next switching place.

Market is currently down and it is not like as it was during pandemic, people who are on notice period also getting only few calls, resign only when you get a good offer
