Advice - Thread

1. Stuck at my current job and been failing at job interviews trying to switch since more than 6 months now almost all the time in last rounds.
2. Still no clear vision of where I want to be in 5 or 10 years down the line.
3. Almost no social life expect few friends due to wfh, partly my mistake too enjoyed wfh a bit too much. But how do you socialize when wfh?

I am into CRM( marketing automation tools - Salesforce , eloqua )& Digital marketing stream.. I feel as if I am paid low for the experience.. I am confused on how to switch to a stream that I can take up my current expertise & grow..with high pay.. my current pay - 10LPA -7.5 YEARS yoe.. looking for freelancing..
