This guy should be nominated for star ⭐ of the year award ....

This usually happens most of the FY Quarter ending months. Right now, Quarter 2 is ending.

Q1: April, May, June Q2: July, August, September
Q3: October, November, December
Q4: January, February, March

There is no need to panic. It happened this June and March as well.

Its just to process the cost liable for rhe company and other finance stuff so they can prep the Quarter statement for release to press.

I think TCS is doing the right thing by laying off few people 😆😆
