Advanced Salary

Hello there,

I would like to know about the Advanced salary in TCS, How to raise a request for this, How much we can get, when do we need to apply for it and any duration is there, is there any interest applied for this amount and so on.. could you please give me guidance on this..?

You can request an advance salary equal to your basic salary. Apply through the internal portal. No interest, but deductions will follow. Keep it for emergencies; it's not free money.

Keep in kind that they will deduct in next/second next salary. So plan accordingly.
