Advance Salary Recovery?

Most of the associates see deduction on their march payslip as “Advance Salary Recovery” any clues? They have not requested any advance salary in the past.

I joined tcs in 2022, April wirh a gross salary including all benefits will be Rs.

9,00,010/- per annum. But in my pay slips the Annual income is shown as 8,72,600. Can sb please tell me why is it and am being paid so
