Advance Earned leaves Policy

Hey Mate ,If we fall ill and suffered with disease and applied advance leaves as I was not sure how many days I will be ill and not be available to report to office, I have to use all my advance earned leaves and Sick leaves.

Any HR can inform if we are suffering from typhoid we can use leave and extend these leaves as per our health, Leaves are approved in system still I have been asked to show my face to office or it will be absconded.

What's this use of advance leaves Policy then??
