Adult ADHD:

Does anyone know a psychiatrist who can test you for ADHD and give counselling for the same.

I have seen my attend span dwindle and I procrastinate a lot. I am worried that it will hamper my career trajectory.

Stop whining like a kid who lost his candy. ADHD or not, it's your responsibility to manage your life. Dr. Raviprakash, Dr. Shivadev, Nimhans - they're not your babysitters. "Zindagi jeene ka naam hai, bahane nahi banane ka." (Life is about living, not making excuses.) How about you start taking control of your life?
