Adibatla gotta be the worst thing to happen
Travelling 4 hours daily up and down & 5 days in the office feels like a punishment. Everything seems fine for the first 1-2 weeks They try to brainwash you to come to adibatla for the project but the campus isn't also that good. Fed up over this , can't resign or can't get away from the project due to less experience 🚶
I got released from Adibatla MARS account which is a pathetic one, in just 25 days after joining. Just keep fighting until you get released. And don’t be productive. Keep bugging your account managers to release you. Don’t give any other reason but say the truth that you are not interested at all. Also ready with plan B which is having a different offer. I escalated the issue to RMG Head and HR Head of Hyderabad and got released. Don’t care the first level supervisor or RMG or HR.
