ADC Non-compliance

Heyy, I am new to TCS. I am being continuously asked to be an ADC complaint to be eligible for self appraisals. Can someone help me how to do it.

P.S. I have been tagged to a project, but haven't been given any role yet. So, will it get updated automatically after the role tagging or do I have to add it manually?

You can also check if the your digital profile is not updated you can head on to it and update the necessary info and get your ADC complaince.

You can check ADC compliance in iEvolve in Ultimatix. If it's not a complaint then you need to make sure it gets compliant.
Role tagging is a must. Talk to your Manager to tag a role. If the manager doesn't respond then talk to HR
