I am an associate manager at Accenture with around 9 years of experience. Getting around 19.2 lpa as fixed salary. Please share your experience with the same. Was a little disappointed with salary differences here in almost every company.

Nope, I joined Accenture during 2022 September, and did get only 5% hike for the first cycle i.e 2022 dec and then on 2023 dec got a promotion with around 25% hike
