Actual productive hours vs logged in hours

I see folks acting like they do 12 hours of deep work everyday.. bhai who are you kidding. i am online from 10 to 8 but my actual brain-using work is barely 3 hours max. The rest is just surviving useless sync up calls, moving the mouse to keep Teams green and pretending to care. Idk how anyone actually works 10 hours straight without going insane. How much real work are you guys actually doing everyday?
