What action will they take if we do not visit the office every week? Will they fire from the company? or will they reduce our fixed pay?

There is nothing like reducing your fixed pay, nobody can do it, all they can do it play with your VP. Also you will mostly get compliance mails as a warning, if you still did not come, then they can remove you also.

In one month for 1 week I am working IN night shift and I am going to the office for only 1 day in a month. Will it affect in VP?
