Hi everyone,
I didn’t go to the office for two weeks so I got the base location compliance action email, what do I have to do now? What actions they can take.
In future can I go to a different location other than the base location to avoid this?

Nothing will happen, go to your nearest location, just inform your pl and he should agree on it.
Even if you're managers favourite it doesn't help, as the managers are also asked questions why XYZ number of people are not coming to office and all

Nothing it'll be fine, just don't violate it for weeks together
Bonus tip: be your manager's favourite
