Action for WFO non complaint

Hi All,

I just got call from TCS HR asking if I’m going office 5 days a week or not and I didn’t provide much information since call was from some personal number.

Can you please let me know what action will be taken if non complaint to WFO even for a single day. Has anyone faced the consequences?
