When I’m trying to book a seat, it say “end time should not be greater than 9 hours” I don’t know who build the app, I want time slot of 11 am to 4 pm! What does this error mean!

Now I’m able to book a seat! I got the issue from testing the tool itself will post in detail soon! If I can get it as a user, what developers and testers are doing ?
