Hi, Can someone tell me how much time it takes to get progression from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant.
If you don't have any arguments with your manager, 1 yr. If you argue, I have no idea I'm still waiting from 1yr 4months 😅

Although I had no issues with manager and got good rating.
Could you please tell me where we can see this details like how much time it takes for progression. I mean the eligibility.
I asked Hr for that, and he said it depends on your manager. I asked the manager , and he didn't say anything about eligibility as such. He just said that he had informed the dsg team about my progression. That's all. I didn't get any mail after that as well, thinking of asking again after 2 months if I stay here.
I think there is no such eligibility thing as it doesn't depend even on rating. I know people who got met expectations and got role progression.
