I'm JL4 with 1 years 8 months in it. Also got selected in acon wave 23 .. shall I go for ACON programme and training to role change or wait to become Jl5 Technology LEAD by manager recommendation. What will be the best in terms of compensation increment. Also after how much time in JL4 manager can recommend for JL5 ?
Go for Acon .. the reason being if manager puts ur name in promotion list it will refelected in the following quarter.. why to wait ? better go for Acon ..
are you sure manager has recommended your name ? 😂 don’t fall for manager trap 🪤 look for what you have in hand..!
But boss acon role change also takes time na and even after acon I'll be same JL4 may be
JL5 depends on client budget ,your infy rating
Usually after 5.5-6 years of experience it's given
Lead looks better now ,Acon wont help u ,its mostly for jl3 people
Jl4 is TA and Acon is JLB4
U are already acon level wise ,dont jump sideways
Wait for JL5 Lead jump
