I'm not sure how, but I received the Ace Award, even though I joined Accenture only six months ago.

Getting ACE award is a sign that one won't be getting any hikes/promotion in that cycle. Acts as a cheap dopamine for employees as they don't question their managers after getting this lolipop shoved up to their ass*s

Is the results for ace awards announced for all the projects?

It's random.. The more you show up in a team.. The more chances of getting that
