Just got an ace award for fy24 q4, will it make any difference for my future in this company? Or is it just a waste since it was for fy24?
So this is how it works: If a person is very deserving of upcoming promotions and the management decides that they will not give promotion to the candidate, then one gets this award so that the candidate has a lollipop in their mouth and keep their mouth zipped. TLDR: This means you are not getting promoted in June'25

Is there any way to register for this award or higher management from the project suggests names?
Project Leadership suggests names I believe. I too got this award but I didn't even know my name was recommended.
