Account locked and I’m in ML
Hi due to password mismatch my Microsoft account has been locked and I’m unable to access teams and outlook, could you please guide me on how to access it ?? Note : IM ON MY ML WITH NO ACCESS TO LAPTOP.
Mam, firstly take care of your health. It's first priority, works comes second. Worse case scenario your manager will call you on phone and will ask u why didn't he see u online or your work. U can respond with your case.
But anyway, the best situation and response if I was in it was, first and foremost call your immediate manager and ask your HR email from him/her. And since u will have your manager's email already, go to your personal email, send an official email to both with professional language stressing on I'm in need of immediate assistance as my email ID is locked out, and due to my current ML, I'm not able to visit office, I would request assistance from IT team. Please convey the same to the IT head and our clients. Period.... That's all, now rest they will take care. And once more, DO NOT worry a bit about this, u did what u can in your power, rest will come to terms
