Account forcefully allocated me instead of me saying I'm aligned with another account. Now threatening to take me to HR.

Hi All,

I was on bench and an account forcefully allocated me to block other accounts from providing me allocation.

When I asked for release they are saying they cannot release and saying I'm resisting and denying to work and will escalate this to HR.

What options do I have to stop this harrassment?

You cannot do anything in this situation, I was in the same situation two months ago. I went ahead and declined. Then, HR action was initiated against me. The HRs are even worse, she harassed and bullied me verbally. I was asked to resign or accept the project. Conclusion: Stay away from these HRs, just accept and silently start studying and look for opportunities outside.
