How to switch to a Norway based account from BT. I am presently working in BT , not satisfied, how to explore Norwegian accounts within TCS , any suggestions?

Am seeing many saying they wanna go out of BT account. Any reason? Can you please share pros and cons?

If you are in BT account, There might not be a way out unless there is a ramp down going on. Even if you not work and create an issue they will ruin your next band and then release. Best is to upskill and switch to different org. I heard there was a recent ITT and expecting a ramp down and cost cutting. Try your best to get out if possible.
