Accolite or quest global

Hi, I have Accolite offer of 21 LPA (5% variable) and 50k joining bonus. Client not sure yet. Quest Global: 23 LPA, with (21.5 fixed and 1.5 variable – ~6.5%), 75k joining bonus. General Health client interview done already. 5.5 years Java backend. Which one would be better regarding good project-wise and hybrid availability? Whatever insights will be helpful. Thanks
