Trending @Infosys; Access to unit dedicated space.

I am from CIS & while going to the office(Chennai) I had booked my seat in CIS dedicated space but was unable to open the door. It seems I don't have access. A security person asked me to email & get access.

Does anyone here know whom to reach out to get access?
