Trending @Capgemini; Access to other Capgemini office in same city
Hi there Had a query i am a new joiner, my base location is epip Bangalore, but i want to visit the bellandur office as it’s close by to my place
My supervisor is okay with same. I will be collecting my ID tomorrow So shall i be requesting that i get to access all locations in Bangalore or it will be automatically granted?
If your base location is Bangalore you can go and work on all locations inside the city. But access you will get it for only one if you need access you have to get approval
As you anyway stay close to Bellandur, just go and check if it works. I tried at EPIP as well as DTP and it worked at both the locations. If it doesn’t work, you can check with your manager.
You will get only 1 perticular location access for your id not all you have to spoke to your manager to raise a request with HR to change your location if you don’t want to work for the current assigned location
In rare cases you may need request access. Generally your id should have access to all offices in the city, not sure about other city offices
