Access privilege got revoked what should do ?

As I am reporting to hyd location due some personal and family circumstances, HR and my manager are telling me to to report to ur base location but for me it not possible, and now it's been 4 months daily I am going to office and I am replying every mail what I am getting from HR & Manager but now they revoked my access from hyd office , what should I do ? Can someone please guide me
