Trending @Accenture; Access Card Replacement
My base location is PDC2 as per workday but i report to PDC3, the staff is denying to replace my access card as it stopped working because they want me to get the new access card. They want me to visit PDC2 i.e 30 KM far away from PDC3 to get the new access card.
Is there a way I can get the new access card at PDC3?
Hoe to know when access will expire?
Typically a mail comes in and you simply click yes tp it, and it auto renews, that's access part of the access Id, and of the access Id renewal, I'd assume same time you can then think of it, as for the card itself no notification comes in mostly (as haven't seen one but somehow access directly got lost of it).

All access systems got upgraded in the recent past as a result of which, we all are required to get a new card once our old card expires. The old card’s validity was on year from issuance. You can ideally get it changed anywhere in India because it’s the same system now but some facilities have a lot of employees tagged to it so they reserve that only for people from their facility. Pune is one such location where they are usually out of stock. My team members had this issue too.
Wtf is this new access card thing and why? I got mine changed around 3 months ago from KDC although I'm not from there at all and completely different city. So I'm unsure why this is happening then.
