Access blocked, Employee ID doesn't show in Ultimatix. Unallocated. Didnt attend CFT drive. What are repercussions? Anyone faced this issue?

Or in the worst case if they feel u dont want to work would put u in PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) .. thats the end for u in TCS. better to join something.
