Accenture has only 7days to accept/reject offer. Is it okay if we accept the offer but don’t join? Do we get blacklisted? And is there any chance that the compensation can be changed even after accepting the initial offer? At accenture.

Yes you can accept the offer and if you don't want to join you can withdraw anytime. Yes compensation can be negotiated again if you have another counter offer.
