Trending @Accenture; Accenture's Double Standards: Demanding Equal Opportunities for All

Accenture promises equality and respect for all, yet Indian employees often experience different policies, missing out on promotions and salary hikes. It's time for CEO Julie Sweet to address these disparities and provide fair opportunities across all countries.

The truth is that they view Indians as cheap laborers who are not valuable to them. They continue to apply double standards.

The problem is our population bro. Companies know that Indians will work for whatever pay they throw at us. Because if you don't want to work for that pay, there is someone else available. This fear of unemployment due to the increase in population has eventually made us cheap laborers. Not just India but China as well but china has an outcome in building top companies internally for each sector and they are not depending on the west much lately. However in India we have very few Indian MNCs and we still depend on western companies like Accenture.

So to conclude we can't blame Accenture here, but we can still blame the gender diversity hiring which has messed up a lot in my project especially. Each year there's one or two women from my team who're not available as they're on maternity leave. At the end we men are asked to work extra and take extra tasks.

companies exploit the large population by offering low wages, knowing that there will always be someone desperate enough to accept the job. This creates a cycle of underpayment and overwork, leading to poor working conditions and low job satisfaction. The fear of unemployment forces workers to accept these conditions, perpetuating the problem.thus creating toxic work culture which can break company and employee.

Additionally, the lack of strong domestic companies in India compared to China could be seen as a failure of the Indian corporate and governmental systems to foster innovation and growth. Dependence on Western companies like Accenture might be viewed as a sign of economic weakness and a lack of self-sufficiency.

Regarding gender diversity, some might argue that it disrupts team dynamics and productivity, especially when maternity leave leads to temporary understaffing. This could be seen as an unfair burden on other team members, leading to resentment and decreased morale.

Wait till 1st December... If they don't give Bonus by 1st December then let's Mass Resign
It's high time we should prioritize our self respect too... If they don't value you & your efforts then just resign... You will get better Salary in other companies... #MassResign #Accenture #AccentureBonus #weneedBonus

Instead of mass resign if we together stop working including all the people at different locations we can make change happen. Why to resign make the business suffer for a week then would be ready for providing good hikes. If you resign they would get new people instead of you.

Yeah I see a good point here, usually all industries have unions but I have been in IT for 8 years and not sure if we have any union to fight for the employee rights, we must have one to stop the exploitation of working long hours , no proper salary hike etc

Bro you go to any big MNCs in India, most indian employees are just cheap labour for them even the colleagues working with you from onsite all faithfully believe (I m not saying they think, I m saying believe) that we are just cheap labour and they have the full right to exploit us without any hesitation. So no equality in any of these companies will ever exist.
