
Trending @Accenture; Accenture will be doing Layoffs now!!?
Julie Sweet’s email regarding Q4 and FY25 financial results mentions that the strategy includes investing in upskilling our Reinventors, which is our primary strategy. Additionally, it states that they will be exiting employees in Q4 and Q1 where reskilling, based on their experience, is not a viable path for the required skills.
Need clarification, what does this mean exactly !!!

I think we should start looking to switch, middle management is worse in the company. They are not capable.


So, Accenture will start layoffs?

How they decide if person can be trained or not? If i have P3 in Gen AI skill im safe? How is it?

It means layoffs happened from June to August and will continue till November. And those will be affected who Accenture thinks cannot be retrained.

Feels like it means in some technologies reskilling the employees won't be a viable option to retain them for future projects which don't aline with the employees skillset basically layoffs I guess but phrased as such that no one would notice it much
