Accenture VS Infosys

Hello Team Ive joined Accenture 3 months before with 9lpa including variable pay. Now received an offer from Infosys for 9.5Lpa( they can only match the accenture one because i joined only 90 days before)

Accenture is 7lpa fixed and 0-21% variable Infosys is 9.5 lpa (Total CTC 90% fixed and 10% variable pay. Total 9.5)

Is to switch within 3 months.

Ive 3.5 years of experience as Cloud System Engineer.
