Trending @Accenture; Accenture vs Deloitte
Hey Guys, I have got the recruitment email from Deloitte after multiple rounds of interview. I am at CL 9 currently in Accenture.
What is your opinion should I join Deloitte or not, bcoz in most of the reviews it looks like no work life balance at Deloitte. What is your opinion?
Hi @SingleOwl6 ,i have worked for Deloitte, the level and quality of work in Deloitte is far superior than Accenture. However having worked there for 2.5 years I can vouch that don't expect work life balance, you will get a lot of onsite short term projects and a lot of good experience but have to sacrifice your family time. So for the money and exposure a strong Yes from my side, but if money is secondary and your family life is more important than think twice
Work life balance is hell in all BIG4 firms
depends on location and domain.. if its blr and emerging tech definitely go for it.
Depends on present CTC and offered CTC. Also project wlb
