Which one is better to join in terms of job security, promotion, hike, variable pay and overall work culture?
Accnture might not give you good hike but never faced toxic work culture. I recently joined Cognizant and here in my project work culture is very very toxic. My manager from client side calls team members without checking his watch, 1am,2am is normal. Even in personal emergency like hospitalization he calls and ask for work.
May be this is very specific to project but just wanted to express.
