Accnture might not give you good hike but never faced toxic work culture. I recently joined Cognizant and here in my project work culture is very very toxic. My manager from client side calls team members without checking his watch, 1am,2am is normal. Even in personal emergency like hospitalization he calls and ask for work.
May be this is very specific to project but just wanted to express.
That's true...Accenture has given me great work life balance. Looks like you switched from Accenture to cognizant...can you please tell me if you don't mind..were you given a decent hike by cognizant when you switched...I am also in the same process rn..but now sure how much can I negotiate for
