Hello all , I joined Acacntude in 2022 June after completing my MBA with a lot of hopes Little did i know about the bench Culture , the most toxic thing one can come across as a fresher . I got my first project they had so high expectation they rolled me off i was hell scared i thought may be i will be rolled out from the company also Again 2 nd project i gir rolled into i started facing health issues couldn’t peroform in taht project again was put into bench , This time J was on bench for 5 months Accenture bench culture had taken a toll on my mental health i had never hit panic attack in my entire life but it’s toxic work culture ruined my health . After 5 months i again got rolled in my 3rd project in sept 2023 In jan They again started facing issues they don’t give you a chance to learn ata ll in a project even if they hardlocked you for one year they have the power to roll yoh off imeeduately also well in July I was again rolled off , This time i saved mymeelf from bench 4 Th project ? Just after 3 months they rolled me off Again I was on bench for 1 month Nov 2024 Dev 2025 my 5 th project it’s been 3 months now again they want some one perfect
But Friends that’s it i had my credit card dues i couldn’t leave this toxic company , the dues are over now . 3 years into the company 5 projects , still learning 0 ZEROoooo . Pathetic company’s work culture amd good thing salary on time
Learning : I am ready to work for even 30 k a month I was getting 75k why ??? Bcoz bad culture sucked the soul out of me I started getting palpitations due to extreme stress , Faced high BP and pulse issues . IT ENDS HERE I TOOK the biggest step for my mental health and well being I RESIGNED FROM Accenture. I am super proud of it . Please always give more importance to your health and work culture than SALARY
Accenture should create stringent rules that a project should not be allowed to realise a candidate before the lock-in period is over .
If you are married with children, managing bills and clearing debts becomes an entirely different challenge. Resigning over cultural issues and advising others to prioritize culture over salary is not always practical. Consider yourself fortunate to have the option to resign and join another organization without needing to upskill. Life isn’t that simple, many people are struggling and can’t even afford to resign.
Even i have education loan and 22k monthly emi but i started getting panic attacks i have high pulse and BP issues i feel light fainting at night and have difficulty sleeping , I am on medication since the last 2 years . No company should be given importance over health i was all Oaky before join accentrhe
Also being a girl it’s difficult to work with sich sensitive health i know for guys it might be different
