Accenture Techie need referral

I need refferal in Accenture I have applied via portal long days ago and still i can't withdraw my existing application. Since my application is already exist in portal none of the employee can able to refer me. Did anyone have idea to withdraw the existing application? Or can anyone help me to refer that position without withdraw.
