Accenture strategy offers a package with a ctc of 42. Even TCS offers a package with base pay of 20 plus upwards.

42 is for people with previous experience, which is rare. For a fresher it's 35LPA, of which 6L is performance bonus, of which they get 50% at best, and there's JB, about 2-3L. About 26-27 is the fixed CTC
