Accenture strategy variable pay payout /job security/hikes

I have an offer from accenture strategy global practice-as level 9 as sap fico consultant. But 27 percent is variable pay. How much can you realistically expect to receive from this. Also is there job security? How are the hikes?

First year VP is between 7-8.5% From second year onwards it will be in range of upto 15-16%. VP amount is calculated on pro rata basis based on your chargeability.
