Accenture Strategy SAP EWM

Can anyone help me understand Accenture Strategy's position in the SAP EWM space? Currently, I'm earning 20 LPA at EY GDS, and Accenture Strategy has offered me a fixed compensation of 32 LPA. Is it worth joining Accenture Strategy as an SAP EWM functional consultant, considering the nature of the work?
