Accenture Strategy Consultant Role
Hey guys I just got in Accenture Strategy Consultant role. Wanted to understand the salary range.
My experience: Total yoe: 8 yrs Pre MBA: 3 yrs as a product manager Post MBA: Big 4 Deloitte 5 yrs - Senior Consultant right now
MBA grad from IIMs
What is the salary band they give? My curent salary is in early 30s
What % hike can I expect then on my fixed. I did not ask for much 20-25% hike initially on my ctc. I understand variable is at 27% at Accenture. And they never give full variable.

How is the year on year hike?
I got 3%. Been trying since June S con depends upon your college. I work at Deloitte India. Tier 1 colleges get much more. Limit is 25-35 LPA
I would suggest, ask for a good hike while negotiations because after that, the appraisals aren’t great.
