3.5 years of experience Currently at EY (Consultant) Current fixed: ~₹10.5 LPA Location: India (Bangalore)

1. What’s the market range for fixed + variable at L9 for this experience?
2. What’s considered a good / top-end fixed for a non-MBA hire?
3. Typical variable % and joining bonus range?
4. How is the work culture.---
