Hi, I have recently made a move from Acn ATCI to S&C as a Management Consulting Analyst which I'm happy about but as this was an internal movement I didn't get any hike or change in the Pay. I am underpaid if compared to what others are getting in fact there's a huge gap. Can I expect a market correction? What should I do about this situation? Also will this impact if I plan to switch?
Does acn strat consider non MBAs who have significant consulting experience?
They do hire undergrads via campus placements. About laterals - I think they might consider you if you have significant experience in a particular industry. They try to allocate people to specific industries rather than having generalists.
