Hi, I have recently made a move from Acn ATCI to S&C as a Management Consulting Analyst which I'm happy about but as this was an internal movement I didn't get any hike or change in the Pay. I am underpaid if compared to what others are getting in fact there's a huge gap. Can I expect a market correction? What should I do about this situation? Also will this impact if I plan to switch?

I started looking out for open roles on Acn career marketplace, talked to the supervisors who were tagged to that role( they'll be from the leadership team), had 2 rounds of interviews and finally got the role.

Your are luck that you got that chance yes you may expect market correction in coming pay cycles but everything is depend on your project MD level person
