I am getting an offer from accenture strategy and consulting so need your advice on how good the company is ? How is their work culture and work life balance? It used to, not anymore. S&C biz is not doing well and going only downhill since past few years now. S&C folks are in constant pressure of finding billable projects so that they get their variable pay. Many of them are being asked to move into internal roles and also Operations/ BPO. Also ACN JDs are always misleading and inaccurate. Be prepared to get surprised. I joined as JD said Product Management but it is just some mundane project management role that Im stuck with.
