Accenture Strategy

Hello All

I would like your input on whether it’s a good decision to join Accenture Strategy as a Management Consultant. I have 6 years of experience in SAP EWM and currently work at EY GDS with a CTC of 22.4 LPA plus a 10% variable. Accenture Strategy has offered me 34 LPA fixed, which totals 43 LPA with the variable component. However, I am aware that the variable pay at Accenture might not be reliable. Based on the fixed 34 LPA, would you recommend making the switch?
