Accenture strategy | AM | 30LPA Good or Bad?

Hey Grapers - wanted to check if Acstrat low-balled me or is it a good enough package.

I have 7+ yrs & MBA from a Baby IIM. Acstrat offer me AM position with 30LPA (fixed). Wanted to check if could I have got a Manager’s designation? And if could I have negotiated more?
